In 2025, Farmstead Arts buzzed with creativity, connection, and progress, all thanks to your generous support. As the year ends, we’re thrilled to reflect on what your contributions made possible at the Kennedy-Martin-Stelle Farmstead and invite you to help shape our future.
Construction grants are transforming our site
With significant construction grant funding, we are forging ahead making huge strides in preserving this historic site. The Cow Shed will be refurbished with restrooms and a kitchen area to support events on the patio and barn. The collapsed Wagon House will be rebuilt into a Welcome Center. New security cameras and lighting, renovations to the
porch, and expansion of parking are important milestones. Yet, the heart of the Farmstead goes beyond structures.
Bringing joy and connection through theater, music, art, and history events
Unlike most historic places, our site pulses with life as a vibrant arts center. This year, your gifts enabled us to:
* Expand our class offerings with our first screenwriting class, while keeping our many art courses and opportunities thriving.
* Collaborate with the town and local business alliance, to host a renowned expert who gave free art and antique appraisals to visitors in our historic barn where we unveiled new history panels for our community.

Every class, performance, and exhibition depends on supporters like you to keep our doors open and spaces full.
