The Farm House and English Barn are available for rental based on space availability. Space is suitable for meetings, concerts, plays, and other events.

Rental rates for Farmhouse OR English Barn
$100 for up to 2 hours
$300 for 3 – 4 hours
$500 for a full day (4-10 hours)
$800 for two full days (weekend)
Rental rates for BOTH Farmhouse and English Barn
$500 for up to 4 hours
$800 for a full day (4-10 hours)
$1200 for two full days (weekend)
(Discount rates may be available for non-profit organizations)
Filming Projects: Site rentals for filming projects are handled on a case-by-case basis. For inquiries, please contact Robin Storms at admin@farmsteadarts.org.
- Proof of liability insurance and security deposit are required for all facility rentals.
- Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited at the Farmstead.
